Fencing
For All
It's not just our web
name... it's our motto.
Fencers of all ages and levels of skill are
welcome.
Our current membership is comprised of
fencers age 7 through 50+.
Capital
District Fencing School
(CDFS) was founded in April
2005 by Coach Mark Dolata,
with the basic premise of "Fencing For All".
One of the truly phenomenal
aspects of fencing is that it
attracts both male and female
participants of all ages and all
walks of life.
Our objective is to popularize
fencing at the
grassroots level by
providing individual and group instruction for both recreational and
competitive fencers.
Our club has an inclusive and welcoming
atmosphere. Top quality
instruction is available in a group setting, through private lessons,
or a combination of both.
CDFS
sponsors training camps
throughout the fencing season
with guest instructors from outside clubs.
These camps are intended to strengthen the abilities of all our
fencers, and to prepare our competitive fencers for upcoming
tournaments.
